Bug Found In Mutiplayer Mode Heroes vs. Villains On Bespin Map

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To successfully reproduce this problem please follow the instructions listed below thank you. 1. Start in the main menu of the SWB2 game. 2. Go and start a multiplayer match heroes vs. villains you may have to wait a while until you get onto the Bespin map. 3. Once the Bespin map has fully loaded you will be presented with the spawn in screen select any character you wish to spawn in as doesn't matter which. 4.When you spawn into the Bespin map as your chosen character play a few rounds this is one of those bugs that might take a while to happen or it might not happen ever again so there be a lot of wating when your trying to reproduce the bug. 5. Let another player who is on the other team kill your character once you die you will appear back in the spawn in screen for me this is when the bug occured saying max number in play on every single character so I wasn't able to spawn into the map as anyone whatsoever. 6. If you have followed the instructions above congrats you have sucesfully reproduced the problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? While in the character menu waiting to respawn as a new character I can't select any character to chose from the menu as it says max number in play for all the characters which I know is not true or correct as there were only 6 players at the time on my team this is when the bug is happening and is in effect.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see this problem fixed asap please and preferably before next years update to the game.

Please also note that Unfortually I'm not able to share a screenshot of this issue I'm having as once again Microsoft Xbox appear to be having issues of their own with the share screen screenshot function not working so my sincere apologies to your team but the detailed description, I have provided you should be enough to go on and help them reproduce this problem.
