Bug with milestone not updating; also with screen glitches post-patch

im also Stuck 25/26 on the "Tremendous Service".

but since you mentioned it i also see the Origin trophy for 500 kills as a hero is still grey therefore the achievement did not register.

this is getting frustrating .. i had the "Defender" milestone stuck and after completing it for the 7th time its just unbugged itself but insted of finally completing all the multiplayer milestones.. No there's more bugs.
