Button Stuck keeps Scrolling down

Hi so i never had a controller but it seems like the game is detecting a controler that is stuck going back/down and my game is absolutly unplayeable because of this.

Outside of this game nothing is stuck or a button keeps making the same command.

Can anyone please help i wanna play with my friends.
