Buzzing or grinding noise when starting the game

There is a noticeable noise coming from my computer when starting the game or loading a match. During splash screens mostly. It almost sound like if it's coming from my GPU. This does not happen with any other game I play. It's definitely not from the speakers. My GPU is pretty much dead silent in any other part of the game as usual under normal operation.

Don't want this game to break my PC. Any ideas?
