Cable Launcher for Jango/Boba Fett?(Thoughts)

It seems that the concussion missile is not very effective, and I think a cable launcher which works similar to the Chain Hook of Roadhog in Overwatch would be more useful. It could be the ability for Jango, provided that he'll be included, or an extra ability to swap the concussion missile for Boba.

However I'm not sure if it would be regarded as plagiarism. I do believe game designers would have better ideas to implement it. What do you think?
