I have crazy camera shaking and stuttering while in the vehicle, speeders and tanks are completely unplayable. Playing on PC. Is there any solution for this? Maybe some settings tweaking to ease up this effect?

I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, as someone may spot something.
I see a few older posts about shaking, but no resolution.
I don't see any specific settings in game specifically for shaking. However, I can say I've played on PC for years and haven't had the issue.
Perhaps explore the Fullscreen Mode in-game settings. I have mine set to Borderless.
You may also want to try turning off Vertical Sync.
You want DirectX 12 off, if it's not already.
