Account Issue: Battlefront II Crashes on Startup
Two days ago, I could no longer start battlefront 2 on my Xbox series x. I've been playing it for years and all of a sudden it crashes every time I press A to play as my normal gamertag.
I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting: deleting all cloud data and restarting the Xbox, clearing the cache on the Xbox, manually setting the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, reinstalling the game. Unlinking and re-linking my Xbox and EA accounts, restarting my Internet, clearing alternate Mac address, making sure Xbox live is working.
I can use a guest account to load the game, but then I get error 672 and can't connect to the servers. So something is probably happening to my EA account (which is not banned or suspended)
If you are still having this issue, I suggest you contact EA support directly, particularly since you believe it is account related. People in this forum cannot help with account issues.
