Camouflaged ARF Trooper/Question about ban

I would like this variant of the current arf trooper (Image 2 and 3 taken from a mod)

If mods are used that improve (A mod that improves the textures of vader in 2k-4k-8k for example) or in this case they replace the appearance / colors of the current skin. There is more or less chance of being banned. I know that the risk of being banned is by using any mod. But are there ways to verify that they were just visual skins / visual enhancements of effects (sabers and blaster shots) to cancel / erase the ban?
