Can't upgrade star cards

Cant upgrade my any of my star cards even though I have the required upgrade parts and requirements for starcard level and my accounts level.

    I had a similar issue with the initial upgrade.  The card level requirement and class level requirements were met, but the upgrade was locked.  The trick is... your class level requirement needs to be ONE LEVEL HIGHER  than what it says.  So.. for the first upgrade... it says you need class level 10... but in reality...the upgrade only UNLOCKS when you reach level 11.   Thus, in your case, if the class level requirement says 15... when you turn level 16 the unlock will occur.  Hope this helps!

    Thus... put simply:  Your CLASS LEVEL needs to be one LEVEL HIGHER than what it says on any requirement BEFORE the upgrade actually unlocks... even though it LOOKS like you should be able to upgrade now!

    Same issue here bro, I finally hit star card Rank 20, I've got 540 crafting parts, and I can't upgrade my cards even though it requires lvl 20 and only 480 crafting parts.

    I've got the same problem. I notice that this was reported a month ago - still no solution/fix/response?

    Is the option grayed out? Or nothing happens when you select the button to upgrade it? Maybe try it from the first screen that appears when you go to equip cards... When it just stacks the three you have equipped (vs showing all your cards) and choose the upgrade button there? Hopefully that makes sense.

    I'm having the same problem too.  My Officer is level 27.  I am level 15 overall.  I have plenty of crafting parts.  However, the game will not let me buy any blue upgrade cards even though both boxes are checked.  The PS4 button to buy the upgrade is grayed out.  Folks have proposed going back into the game and playing a few rounds but it is still preventing me from upgrading the card.  Any thoughts?

    For me the issue just solved itself after a day or two, so got no real solution but to wait:P

    Still no solution as I know of. I just magically was able to upgrade the cards after a couple of days. Hopefully the same happens for you.

    Hi, I'm also getting the same issue. Both boxes are ticked which means I qualify for the star card upgrade but the actual upgrade option is greyed out. Need help as this effectively stops my progression, thanks.

    The problem with waiting is we don't know how long to wait.

    Then if/when it magically fixes itself we don't know when next it can happen. So you are left in limbo.

    Its like they added the random algorithm of loot boxes to achievements. you might or might get to unlock your achievement after grinding for the points to do so.

    I am also suffering this same problem from yesterday (27 Jan 18). Cannot claim the completed milestone rewards for my trooper and cannot upgrade starcards.
    The option to claim reward and upgrade star cards are both greyed out even though the required parameters have been met.

    Here the same! Cant upgrade from green to blue but im having all necessary things to do it! Grey to green is possible...restart console and game didnt help as well. Massivly annoying cause i stuck now and cant improve my classes :/
