Campaign and Arcade milestone progression disappeared

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? Challenges
Which part of it? Persistent
Summarize your bug When I went to my Career screen, both Campaign and Arcade showed zero completion. Both were 100%.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign
What is your time zone?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By going to the career screen, and checking if the progression changed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The main career page shows no progression. Opening the menus however will still reveal that they are in fact completed.
What do you expect to see?
Please select your region Europe
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

I'm not too worried, I guess some restarts will solve this and it will disappear, but it might help you guys to know about it.

Edit: I'd also like to point out that I was one of those guys way back at launch who couldn't select and replay any campaign missions because of the 10-hour trial, thus deleting all my progression & saved games manually and redoing it. This in itself made the challenges go a bit crazy, because it started to count the arcade ones again, while also showing them completed. This however stopped later, and no other glitch was present since then.

    Also, it went down as I thought it would, and after some game restarts, the bug resolved itself.

    This has happened again after the recent update. All progression in the Arcade mode has been reset and locked.

    Hi @Kevlegs - What platform are you on? This usually happens when your save game files have been deleted. Were your ability cards affected and was campaign reset as well? Also, what about Milestones etc., these should not have changed as this data is held on the EA server and can't be deleted.

    I'm on the Xbox One.
    Ability cards are fine, Milestones are fine. Haven't checked the campaign.

    @Kevlegs- Sorry, I meant to ask if your ability cards were still allocated correctly. When the cloud save on xbox live is deleted or corrupted, Campaign mode, Arcade are reset.Once this has happened, you cannot get your Campaign/Arcade progression back and will have to replay all again. However, any milestones achieved for the offline modes will still be there so you don't have to chase them again. You don't lose any of the ability cards you have earned but the allocation of the cards are removed. You have to go back to each trooper etc and reselect the cards you want to use. Things like milestones, credits, ranking, skins, emotes and levels are kept in a data file on EA servers and aren't effected.
