Campaign choose mission only shows 3 missions

This must be new with the patch, as I did exactly as you said (starting at level 3) a week ago and once finished still could not select any missions after level 3.

Same problem on Xone...i mean i could restart the campaign after lvl 3...i guess..hopefully this actually fixes it

Can anyone else confirm that playing from mission 4 onward now unlocks the rest of the missions in the menu?
