Resolved. Due to Directx 12 not working properly.
Like I said, I'm not very technical but it seems like a huge company like EA should be able to fix problems like this. I used to play a lot of EA games and still enjoy this game but it sucks when they keep pushing games that arent finished and that generally prevent players from enjoying the game like they should be able to after spending nowadays $70 for standard edition. IMO by EA having to need it's own "Game Hub" and not making the process flawless creates more problems than they're worth. To each their own I suppose.
