Last game, I think there was a save button on the menu. Check while playing campaign and click it. It should save your progress
Unfortunaly there is no such button in the menu. ☹️
are we the only ones who have this problem? Even my settings are resetting everytime
I'm hitting this too. My user profile is on my D:. so I'm going to try moving it to C: to see if it helps. EA support was useless, told me to delete a folder which made the game unplayable.
Moved my documents folder to the C; and now my settings are saving. Past midnight, so will try to save my game tomorrow, but worth a shot if someone else has the time
