campaign reward

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Can't claim reward from completed mission (battle of endor),
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? sparrowhawk198
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 14/11/17
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 19.30
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign
What is your time zone?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a mission on campaign, it was possibly because I was offline.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant claim reward
What do you expect to see? To be able to see the 'Claim reward' button yellow as with others, this stays grey and cant click

possibly because I got a 'you are offline' message
Why would this be an issue ? no feasible reason this should me you have to do the campaign over again just to get reward you have already earned. Why can't you reconnect during campaign?

    Yes, this happening to me as well, on the PS4. I'm having the same issue of not collecting the Milestone rewards from the campaign. I've completed Missions 3-9 so far and rewards are still locked and grey out. This needs to be addressed and fixed.

    I've had the same issue, seems to be a bug.

    A possible solution around it is to restart game and hop into multiplayer or arcade, for me it fixed itself by doing that.
