Experiencing severe disruption with connectivity to SWBF2 online game...

When Star Wars Battlefront 2 was setup online the performance was excellent, now 5 yrs onward the server or service is failing badly for players in the UK. I'm American living in the UK and have been playing this game for this period of time on and off. Every time I try to connect I get an error code on my Xbox series X of can't connect error code 372, then after 5 mins of trying I get another error code of 712 (I think this correct, it might be another number) meaning I still can't connect to the game. I'm using a BT Internet connection with 180 Mps connectivity (I had this increased after SWBF2 was online as I didn't have the bandwidth increased until later). I'm using the UK server to connect to the game but am experiencing severe issues with lag (latency) while trying to play which makes it a nightmare to do anything in the game at all and it's very frustrating. It seems to me that the server or load balancer is out of spec in terms of how it should perform so saying that this server is online isn't what needs to be reviewed - the server logs should be used to monitor how this server is performing and hopefully can be upgraded or refreshed to ensure the connectivity is working seemlessly for gamers coming back to this game and new people wanting to play it. Could someone please investigate and try to make the connectivity issue that's seriously affecting game play to be improved back to the original seemless experience that I had when this game was made online and live please? It would be great if someone could do some work to look into this and try to fix this issue now rather than later.
