Try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, you should contact Playstation support, so they can address your account issue.
Thank you for the suggestion. Sadly clearing the cache did not correct the issue. I contacted PlayStation and they don’t seem to understand the issue I’m having. Will try to contact EA to see if they know what is going on.
