Can’t get online

i’ve submitted a case to ea but nothing yet. I wanted to play battlefront 2 so i bought it and then i realized i couldn’t get online and it was asking me to reset my password which i did many times and nothing helped. The issue I see is that the account connected to my psn was disabled by ea, i’m not banned or suspended i havent gotten any violations. I was trying to see if i could connect my new ea to my psn but you can only do one in a lifetime and it showed me the emailed its connected to as 64****@ disabled.ea.
