Can’t claim rewards!

Both the DC-15LE and EL-16HFE are kind of bugged. I can’t claim the attachments for both. I worked quite hard for the EL-16HFE to get that gun just to have it broken. I really want to use the heavy class more but I won’t because the DC-15LE is broken. I’m really disappointed about this issue and I hope you fix this.
(I have tried various things to fix this and they all didn’t work)

    I love your game and all but I am just gonna call it quits. Because I don’t know what to do. It’s such a good game and has so much potential. The next big update I’ll return I’m not sure. I will countinue to play with what I have not unlocking anything. I’m starting to see that every milestone I complete I can’t claim the reward. I really want to counting playing but I can’t. I know it will take a little while for a update too. I can’t wait for the new season as well.

    Yup experiencing the same issue here too.

    Grind, grind, grind to unlock TL-50 and first 2 mods.
    I can use the TL-50 but can't open or attach the mods.

    Grind, grind, grind to level 20 so I can upgrade heavy cards. I'm at level 20 with over 1000 crafting parts, but can't use them to upgrade the heavy class cards I planned to upgrade.

    Going to give it a few days, if I don't see reported fixes i'm moving on to another game.

    Edit: You know its bad when I sign up just to post about a serious problem.

    I'm right at 40 kills now with the heavy class. It won't me get the reward for the DC015LE either. It's greyed out, but still locked when you try claim the reward. It's locked on the page where you equip the recoil reduction. I've tried turning off the system and rebooting. I've closed the game and restarted a few times too. Still nothing.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi all.

    I have the same issue as you guys.

    I worked hard to get 25 kills with the second Heavy gun and I can't claim the reward.
    It's showed as complete (the progression bar is filled), but it's still greyed.

    Very disapointing from EA to launch such an important game with this kind of bugs... :-((

    For the record, I play on PC but bug seems to be happening on all plateforms

    PS : it would be nice to ger an answer from EA on this matter.

    Hey, I've had the same issue. I grinded out the last 200 kills needed for the NT-242 and it will not let me redeem the reward. 

    It is very disappointing to put time into this game only for it not to work.

    I too am having problems on XBOX claiming a completed achievement.

    Guess I should have also mentioned that mine is Xbox One as well.
