Can’t use star cards on

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug On HvsV I have been getting a bug where star cards can not be used after time relapse and sometimes cannot jump. This resets after dying.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Jay1c3
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 7/2/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 04:30 pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? PNT (MST) - GMT - 7:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Can not use special moves on heroes vs villians. When you die it resets. Card symbol remains shaded as when you roll.
What do you expect to see? Consistency on game play

    @james_freema Thank you for the post. If you encounter it again can you try grab a clip of it happening? 

    It's worth checking if this happens when you're fighting particular enemies, for example Vader.

    I will try. It happens so randomly. I was playing hvsv yesterday and I was luke on naboo.
    I had not died and was on a streak then it happened and all I could do was use saber and roll. No jump.
    Normally I die and I resets but this time I stayed alive for awhile, hard to give time frame as it seemed like for ever and then it reset it self.
    By what I can recall it only happens on light side force hero’s (no one with guns). I have never had this happen to dark side villains.
