Can i get a refund for hard copy? (Error 201)

After having the error 201 for weeks now and not being able to finnish a game, I think ea should give refunds for a hard copy of the game. It's broken I can't play it, I don't want it any more. Will be happy to pay the postage and send it back to you.

    F*** that.  If the game is unplayable because of EA connection issues, anybody should be able to get a refund, credit, or something.

    @EA_Atic Hey people. Listen. Do it like me. Give EA time to fix the bug 201 time until the end of February and time for the new season until the end of March.
    Unless one is to end March. Games to get rid of and play another, fully playable and what is important ... mainly without errors !!! Irony is such that you can buy whatever you want. It will not be such a problem as SWB2. No problem with another EA tag game.
    I'm still trying to make a mistake with doing something. I can curl up the whole continent and get back to the support and my internet builder if there's anything I can do, but as I once said. The problem of the game. Not your network is OK. Also it is all different is just Star Wars not. I advise you to keep asking questions about the error, and it is our item that we can not see. Error 201 is a problem for us a lot of people. I believe that with a tough writing or an up-to-date update, it will fix it. Hold the end of March. I know Star Wars is all-hearted for us and that's why we play it. Even for me, it's a cardiac affair and I do not like to sell the game but when it's not playable?
    Again, I urge EA to report a 201 error. You see, it's a real problem. Thank you EA.

    I'm in this * lobby for almost an hour trying to find a match on any mode, and all I can find is some players but never filling a full room. What the *? The game has been released 2 months ago and its already dead. * you EA, you killed star wars battlefront franchise. I wish I had never bought this broken piece of * =\ now you got my money, stick it on your *, im never buying another ea game anytime.

    If you have a hard copy of a console version, the store may take it back if you kept the receipt. This is not possible with physical PC copies because the code is one-time use.

    So you say I can play the game yes it is so? You know you're telling us about such fools but what about bug 201?
    Will it be fixed or can I get rid of the game? The game is unusable with this bug.
    It is not worth trying the whole battle if it frosts me in half and throws it into the menu without rewards. I'm playing on PS4 and this problem applies to all platforms !!! Everyone complains about it but no one is able to work with us! So what's next?
    I am a PS4 player to get rid of the game easily, and for this scam I will choose another and playable without errors. I've already written that I'm giving EA time until the end of March for both repairs and new season. It will not be met. I take serious action against EA and sell millions of released products to the market! I will not rob the thieves.
