Can not claim weapon mods PS4

Summarize your bug After latest patch the weapon mods progress points decreased. I claimed ion shot for A280-cfe and improved cooling IQA-11for specialist class but i can not use them

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe try to attach weapon mods for specialist's guns
What happens when the bug occurs? Weapon mod shows attachable, but when i try to use it nothing happens.
What do you expect to see? I would like to use the weapon mods.
