Can we keep 1 second respawn time forever???

I am really a fan of the 1 second respond time.  Time outs are infuriating and coupled with that 200 to 800 meter run to get back to the active battlefield, I am about to pull my hair out.  Its just lucky I heep my hair short. Lol.  The game runs smoother even if you can't find a place to sqad up with that particular time, the game just flows better. So I ask with all sincerity, please keep the 1 second respawn timer?
