Cannot Claim IQA-11 Shows 50/50

Summarize your bug I cannot claim the IQA-11. It shows 81/200 for the next milestone. For the one before it shows 50/50 with no way of claiming. It notified me it was complete.

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 01/28/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:00pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Strike
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at attachment. I've unloaded the game, redownloaded, shut off on, clised the game and reopened. I've tried everything.
What happens when the bug occurs? As above explained. This has been a bug since December and should not have lasted this long. If not corrected soon I want a refund.
What do you expect to see? The gun claimed and in my inventory. The achievement complete. 20,000 credits for inconvenience. I only want to play specialist.

‌It's likely you programmed the game to only record kills with just that weapon, yet you have it tracking and verbally saying kills with the class in general. I'd say thats the likely issue with the weapon challenges.
