Tonight I completed the TROOPER Officer career "Blurrg-1120 Target Practice" Progress 75/75 (Currently now on 85 kills) And the message came up on screen while playing multiplayer that I had it to collect, but I continued to play. Next round my game crashed and booted me back to the main menu, so I went to collect said reward, but it will not allow me to. It is showing as completed (full white bar) but not as claimed and nothing I do, repair and reinstall of the game, will let me collect my reward/upgrade :/ HELP PLEASE!
P.S Also checked that the upgrade is not available to select for the gun
Same here which the Bluurg Sharpshooter. I completed and it didn't give me either, and my game didn't crash. I immediately went to lobby to claim it and NADA. I love playing for hours to complete a reward and it not giving it to you. What gives?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was playing to get the unlocks for the TL-50, and got a popup saying I completed the 75 kills milestone. I dropped out of the match to claim it and the milestone block for it was greyed out, like I had already claimed it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Going to the Trooper milestones, I always see that it's greyed out. The attachment is also still locked under the Heavy trooper menu.
What do you expect to see? That the reward is unclaimed.

I am having the same issue with the EL-16HFE 25 kills milestone for the first mod. I unlocked a few of the 400 kill weapons very recently, maybe two days ago, and was able to equip them. Seems to be a persistent issue, unrelated to the most recent patch.
Yep, I'm having the same problem with one of the Heavy guns, the FWMB-10K, it won't let me claim the reward!

I'm playing on PC and i have this issue. Only i have problems with just about every milestone-completions. There are a few i have been able to pick up. but this just became an issue two days ago. Before i didnt have problems with this.
It started togheter with another issue where all changes i have ever made inside the game were reseted. Star card selections, weapon selection, emotes, victory poses for all classes both trooper and starfighters including all heroes. Also all of the changes made to video, sound, gameplay and controls were reseted.
For me there is no pattern what rewards i am unable to claim. Every category has issues with reward claiming. Also having issues where the daily loot-crate isnt possible to claim even though it says there is a new daily loot crate to pick up.
I have tried repairing the game and searching for new updates. I have looked for a solution but there is non as far as i can tell. I really hope that this is something the devs in EA are aware of and are looking for a fix to. So far i have about 10 rewards i am unable to claim and it rising in count by the day since im working on the multiplayer milestone completion. (btw 500 crystals and choker emote is a scrawny reward for all that work, just saying)

I have the same issue but with the A280's second modul. I did enough kills to have it, then I recieved a message wich told me I unlocked this modul but when i go check it, i can't obtain it... I hope you can soon resolve this issue because it kills all the fun of this game....
Still no response from anyone from, cant say I'm all that surprised.
