Cannot receive invites, but can send?

I played in a party with five friends. No matter which friend invited me, I did not see their invite. Only solution was to completely restart the party and have me invite everyone, as I am able to send invites fine.

Frustrating to make our full party join mine when I can't receive an invite from anyone. Tried restarting game, Origin, etc.

Playing via the Epic Games celebration edition received during the free week. Anyone else have this bug where you can only send invites, but never see any popups to receive?

    @screetscrot The invites should be sent to Origin even when you paly on EPIC, I assume you don't see them there?

    Yeah correct. I'll even open the chats with my friends to see if it shows up there, but don't see anything. Also can't use the "Join Game" button direct from Origin either. The button shows up there but clicking it doesn't take effect.
