Cannot redeem "Take it to the Stars" Reward

same problem is affecting blast also now. that wasnt the case before the last update. i THINK trooper challenges are unaffected and arcade ones are also unaffected. galactic assault i have not been looking for problems in so idk if there are specifici ones for that which arent updating. i have to be honest in that i cannot make myself want to play if im never going to get anywhere to unlock the heroes because early access edition has meant i dont live long enough, plus milestones being stuck is finishing off my wanting to play. i cant play grindy games which the grind doesnt get you anywhere even. i really tried but until this is fixed and there is some prospect of me living long enough to level up cards etc and unlock the same OP stuff being used to easy kill me, i have no fun. and having no fun means i dont play - its not supposed to be a chore or a job that i have to do to provide cannon fodder for the other players.
