keep getting error when trying to download battlefront 2 from epic games store. i emailed them and they said you would have to unlink from your end. just trying to play the game if needed i can contact epic games customer service. unistalled ea and epic with same problem i only have 2 ea accounts and neither seem to work

What submit are you talking about specifically? If an incident/case, I believe you should be able to see your cases when you're logged into ea.com.
There also used to be an option to chat with support during certain hours (when they have people working chat inquiries). I don't know for sure if that's still there for the account support.
This is why I NEVER link game clients. If I find an EA game on Steam, I shut Steam down and purchase directly through EA APP.
Epic are useless for resolving this kind of thing, but bottom line is running two game clients for one game just increases, greatly, the potential of all sorts of issues.
I learned the hard way about 3 years ago. Decided never to link even if it meant missing out on a bargain sale. Not much point if the game becomes unplayable, or plagued with weird issues.
Since 3 years ago I have not had a single problem on Steam or EA-APP. 1 problem with Epic, but nothing to do with linking, just the dodgy way they do stuff.

like when i put link ea and select bf2 as game it will not let me submit anything i had to pick another game just to press submit. leads me to believe they know about it and dont want to fix it. still waiting on reply to this day.. cant even play my game no more
Good luck. I hope it works out. It should, and if it's EAs end they probably will get round to helping you as long as all info is provided and done through your account.
Regarding Epic. I have quite a few games from them, but customer support is almost non-existant. I don't use them anymore, and strongly advise against linking anything with EPIC.
