If you rank up one more rank you should be able to access the purple. There was a glitch like that back when everyones rank dropped and when I got my rank back I was already 25 with my extra points while playing with the wrong rank. Gave me 25 when it returned to normal level but didn't trigger to let me access that until I hit 26. Maybe its a glitch in the coding, who knows. Could try that if you didn't hit another rank yet
Today I got 2 skill points after leveling up from level 25 to level 26 with Rey, maybe this is related to the bug.
