Also yet another question for @monkeybrain007ad - have you tried any troubleshooting steps to stabilize your connection?

Yea I have, I have a friend who also plays in SA and he has the same problem. We joined a server after changing it in the menu and asked in chat if the other players were from SA and they were. So whats happening is it says its changed but when we join the server it's still South African. @EA_Ataashi
