Can't change ping site and it's annoying

I live in Argentina. My closest server is Brazil. However, no one plays in Brazil, so whenever I search for a game it lands me in an empty server. 

However, I should be able to play in US servers, but this is not the case: whenever I change the ping site to US Oregon or another US server, and search for a game, it ALWAYS sends me back to brazil servers. When I check the ping site option it's back to Brazil. This is very annoying, because I currently can NOT play any games o my own, I can only do so when a friend is online, then I have to wait for them to join a game, then try to join his game and only THEN can I play a game

This is very frustrating so I'd really appreciate if you could fix this

    Hey @FletteriOS a quick question: how do you know that you are back to a Brazil server after changing ping site?

    Easy: it lands me on empty lobbies or lobbies with 4-5 players with brazilian usernames

    Try and check in settings when you are in game what region you are on.

    The option to manually select your Matchmaking Region.

    To locate this option please follow the steps outlined below.

    From the Start Menu select the Settings
