Can't join friends' game

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug When trying to join a friend’s match, the map loading screen just stops when the loading bar at the bottom of the screen reaches 100%. Music continues and the “tips” continue so it hasn’t fully frozen, just nothing happens and I never join the server.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Markethh
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try joining a friend’s match on PS4.
What happens when the bug occurs? Loading screen reaches 100% and then nothing happens, just stuck on map loading screen.
What do you expect to see? To join the server once the map has loaded.

    Hey @Markethh

    Can I ask if you've done any troubleshooting steps so far? With PS4 I can suggest power cycling your console (turn off the power completely, wait 2-3 minutes and then power up the system again). This article might also be useful.

    I have tried power cycling my console several times and then attempting to join my friend’s match again, with no luck. The same issue still occurs.

    The same thing happens to me every time I try join a friends game.
