i have a issue that i bought the game on steam i was playing since i got it from epic now when i open the game from steam origin says it need redeeem code but i have the game on my origin library

also got in epic libraby

it happened after i miscclicked the game from epic

but my saves havent gone so i can play the game so what now ? okay i can play the game but why i cant open the game from steam? is because that my origin account is connected by 2 platforms
