Can't unlock or upgrade star cards

Cannot unlock or upgrade any cards for 2 days now. I have not seen this before and I have reinstalled already for PC. I also restarted my PC and still cannot do anything. Anything would be greatly ap...

    To answer your question I own the standalone game on steam and also from the xbox game pass.

    I do not know what happened but now my game is fixed. I did not do anything just decided to log in on sunday night and everything seemed back to normal. I guess my account was bugged because I have never seen that issue before. Thank you for assistance in trying to help me out.

It's unfortunate to hear that the steps haven't solved the issue.

Just a question; how do you own the game exactly? Is this via EA Play for Steam, standalone purchase on Steam/Origin, EA Play for Origin, or EA Play from Xbox Game Pass?

To answer your question I own the standalone game on steam and also from the xbox game pass.
