This is probably the Prolonged Stun State BUG, a successor of the Eternal Stun State BUG. Up until now I thought only Palpatine's Electrocute and Iden's Stun Droid could trigger this, but it seems Phasma's droid is also capable of this. This Prolonged Stun State BUG has been showcased on other reports, and a prolonged stun by Phasma is probably the same BUG but this time coming from phasma's stun.
