Celebration edition not working?

I recently bought the game and celebration edition as one purchase and expected all the skins to be unlocked. But it says I have to use credits to unlock them, is this normal?

@rickyWVV I have had a problem similar to this too. I had downloaded the celebration edition at Christmas, and everything was good. Until, today all my skins and emotes i bought with it had disappeared, everything else was fine (including the pre-ordered skins). I am on xbox. I have unplugged my xbox for tonight to see if it will work tomorrow. I have a disc for the game also. Please help.

@EA_Atic Hey I’m having this same issue. Purchased it last week from the Microsoft store. Contacted ea and told they’re supposed to call me but there’s no other option after that. Nowhere to enter a # or anything.
