Celebration Upgrade problem with Battlefront 2?

I'm a total newbie to this stuff but I purchased the Celebration Upgrade for Star Wars Battlefront 2 (we already owned)  on PS4 and don't see anywhere to download the content.  As an add-on I assumed...

    So in my case I do have all the content - the start screen is just implying I don't.  I'm a newb to the game so I didn't drill in very far.  The start screen section for celebration edition is grayed out and says "upgrade" so I assumed that meant I didn't have it and I opened a chat ticket.  They guy de-newbed me and showed me how to confirm I have all the skins and such so I'm all good, I just wish that splash screen didn't suggest I didn't have the upgrade.

+1 for me it's on PC - Origin clearly shows I have purchased the celebration edition, but the in game start screen says I need to upgrade it.  When I click that upgrade button it opens origin in game and also clearly shows the content is purchased.

@PredatoryLizard Im having the same issue aswell. Uninstalled BF2 and Origin, restarted pc, cleared cache as they suggested and nothing. Origin in game is also enabled and it keeps asking me to upgrade it. Total nonsense

      Yeah, over a month later and we still don't have the content I paid for.  Gonna try phone support now that the holidays are over and try to get a refund.  Disappointing.

        @Player_ji6wm5g6 You would have 99% of the cosmetic items in the game and only missing a few. The the missing few would be related to milestones or Pre order edition.
