Character spinning uncontrollably on start up (fixes don't seem to work)

After 3 days of trying to install SWB3 I am now able to actually load the game. However whatever character, vehicle or scenario I load , it starts with the character spinning uncontrollably clockwise...

    To be clear, is this about Battlefront (2015) or Battlefront 2 (2017)? You posted in the SWBF2 forum, but you called it SWB3, which could refer to 2015 game.

    Make sure you have no peripherals attached that could be interpreted as game controllers. It could be the game is reading an input for pressing right. If that's not the issue, consider posting a dxdiag report.

    For refunds, go to https://help.ea.com/en/refund. You're eligible for a refund if you have the digital release and if you request it within 24 hours of first launching or 7 days after buying (whichever comes first). If the eligibility window has passed, you can still contact EA and request a refund if you can't play due to technical issues.

Sorry, slight typo . I meant Star Wars Battlefront 2. I do have a Saitek system so will try unplugging that later and see if it makes any difference. Strangely it's never effected Star Wars Battlefront or any other programmes. Fingers crossed and thanks for the tip.
