I have this issue as well. I am going to uninstall vjoy, but I do not know if that will fix my problem. I will leave an update on my progress later. If vjoy really is the issue, then it means that this game was coded very poorly

    Uninstalling Vjoy fixed this issue. NO OTHER GAMES THAT I OWN HAD THIS PROBLEM. THIS GAME IS NOT CODED WELL. IF THE DEVS OR SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THE DEVS ARE READING THIS, PLEASE FIX IT OR ASK THEM TO FIX IT. THIS IS A VERY IRRITATING ISSUE.
