characters progression and star cards in battlefront 2 have been reset
Log into ps5 and it shows what levels I was at but everything including preorder skins are locked

- Can you try to see if Restoring the Licenses works for you?

- Or a hard reset?
Manually turn off the console, pull plug out of power socket, wait 10min, put plug back in socket and turn on console again- @EA_Leeuw I can try after work, haven't tried that yet
