Then we're gonna do some troubleshooting;
- Can you try to see if Restoring the Licenses works for you?

- Or a hard reset?
Manually turn off the console, pull plug out of power socket, wait 10min, put plug back in socket and turn on console again

@cavallaro1973, that's unfortunate. Maybe you can try a redownload of the game to see if that works? - 4 years ago@EA_Leeuw Tried that, if I have to redo everything it's fine but with my character levels already high it will take much longer to unlock

@cavallaro1973, hmm, is the PS the only platform you're playing the game on? Or did you also play it on the PC in the past by any chance?
Battlefront II does unfortunately not support cross-progression from PC to PS, maybe you're confusing it with that? - 4 years ago@EA_Leeuw I do have it on pc but majority was on ps4pro

@cavallaro1973, and you did not make progress on the PS4 Pro, and later switched over to a PS5 by any chance? - 4 years ago@EA_Leeuw since getting ps5 I haven't used ps4, last time I played was on ps5, I tried to download my save file from cloud and it showed the correct progression ,I deleted local file save and uploaded my save after it showed correct in game when I went to play a match it reverted back and my save from before is gone

Hmm, that's indeed very odd. I will check with the teams if there could be a known cause of this issue. Hope to have more information as soon as possible.Is it maybe possible that you have multiple PSN IDs and multiple EA accounts?

Still showing same. Can u reset progress or allow me to unlock star cards for the levels in still showing

Hey @cavallaro1973,
Unfortunately, it's not possible for the EA Support team to perform an account reset or something along those lines.
Is it maybe possible that you have multiple PSN IDs and multiple EA accounts? - 4 months ago
