Cheaters and being unable to report them

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Unable to report cheaters from in game from trying to view profile. Error message comes up everytime. Plus loads of cheating players on this game now :-(

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play against any cheater I guess
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot report player

    yep - extremely annoying.

    It's already been reported.  Do a search (on "AFK") and add your details to an existing post.

    There is no way to report cheaters in game, the Guide given by EA Support says you can click on their name in the scoreboard and report them, but you can't.
