Child account can’t play online. (Xbox)

I can play online with no issues. My son’s account (child account) can not play online at all.  Please assist.  His account has all age restrictions removed.

    @PhillyJedi Correct, when it comes to an age of an account what games that account cant be play is not something we can help with on the forums.

Just to re-state & clarify. All other games he can play online with just not EA games. SE Battlefront 2, Mirrors Edge 2)

I’m still in the wrong place for an answer for help?

@PhillyJedi Correct, when it comes to an age of an account what games that account cant be play is not something we can help with on the forums.
