Error 1,756 preventing upgrades and progress saving

This was just happening to me too. I dont know what to do. I got frustrated and just shut my system down. 

It’s been an hour or two

I restarted the game and everything. With it being "double xp" I was kind of excited to get back into the game. Now im not so sure if this is the crap we deal with.

How to fix error code 1756 been like this for two hours and I presume I’m not the only one who has this problem. 

Inventory not accessible and saving data not occuring. Been happening for hours now. Pls fix soon. 

I have a starship that I have leveled up from 26 to 27 three times, and it won’t keep the progress. That would have maxed my third star card.  I have Heroes and villains leveling from 47 to 48 and 53 to 54 and it’s not keeping it. I have logged in and out of EA and Playstation Plus and rebooted several times.  It must be a Halloween thang!

Yes, same with me. Have you found a resolution yet? No xp or levels are saving for me.

Are you both in the US? If so, it is an issue on EA’s end and there’s nothing we can do about it until they fix it. I’m pretty sure everyone is having this issue at least in the US Oregon region for EA.

Yeah I’ve been having the same issue. I downloaded the game two days ago after not playing for a few years and after 2 hours of playing I keep getting error code 1756. Even after doing some local troubleshooting 

Same issue but im in switzerland....
