Child player unable to go online

Hi,

Battlefront II, Xbox.

I have two kids, same settings in EA accounts, and same settings in their Microsoft account, and on the xbox.

One can't get online as 'this account unable to connect, error 524'.

Ages are set so they should both access same content

What am I missing here? Any help appreciated.

I don't believe you can edit the age of your EA accounts. For more information, please see this article: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/aging-up-an-origin-account-to-an-adult-account.

Hi there, @RickyMadskillz.

Any account where the age is under 13 years, won't be able to access online modes. This is in compliance with COPPA regulations.

Hi Aljo,
I've set both players to 16 in both EA and xbox profiles. We even tried changing one to 18 just as a test. Still offline.
It's like it's remembering or pulling and age restriction from somewhere.
Would it help to uninstall/reinstall the game?
