Choker Emote Crate error

Over a month ago I earned the "Choker Emote Crate". Every time I try to open it, nothing happens for about 15 seconds, then I get Error 1510. 

This happens at all time of day. Internet is fine. Daily Crates open no problem. 

Very frustrating not being able to access something I earned--and so long ago. 

Any resolution/fixes to this, or do I simply have to accept this broken facet of the game.

    Hi @EA_Ataashi no problem. 

    How do I delete cloud data without deleting singleplayer saves? I went to BF2-->Manage Game-->Saved Data-->my gamertag-->it gives me two options here. "Delete from console" or Delete everywhere". I'm not sure how to not lose things with either of these options. 

    EDIT: I am resetting Xbox One to Factory and keeping games and apps currently. I'll let you know if that works with another edit on here. 

    EDIT 2: I reset Xbox One to Factory and kept games and apps. I restarted BF2 and still getting Error 1,510.

    Its not on your side, a lot of players have this, including me. Its their fauld. They * it up as always with a new update. And it still havent been patched. Nice job DICE! Keep it up
