Summarize your bug There is weird circle overlay on every screen when I am trying to play the game. How do I remove it?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know just start the game for me.
What happens when the bug occurs? It ruins the experience since every screen has it
What do you expect to see? The overlay or loading circle to not been present.

So recently as after installing the game I see this overlay or I am guessing a loading icon always showing on all screen what do I need to do to remove it.

It comes on all screen and not just campaign but I don't see that option.
