Class level is affected by the number+rarity of boost and ability cards for that class. Craft a common ability or boost with 40 crafting parts and your level will go up 1. Upgrade a common to uncommon with 80 crafting parts makes your level go up one also. This is part of the progression system design issues.

I think this was different in the BETA. In my opinion this is a quite stupid way to handle progression it should be more based on how much you play each character

Now that I understand it, I rather like it. It's different from the norm and do make sense. But it should be in the tips for new players so it wouldn't be so confusing.

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
To clarify, class level is determined by the cards you have availabl, many of which will come from crates.
You can also get class-specific cards by completing milestones for that character, and this can increase your level.
