Can confirm that this is also happening on PS4.
I've experienced it on Genosis, my team made it past the first control point. Then while actively capturing the 2nd set of points, with 2 minutes left, the game said we were defeated.
Happened to me on Kashyk as dark side, held A until we captured and we captured it, said we were defeated then game crashed. On Xbox one

@EA_AticI don't think I received any error message when this would happen. The match would simply end as if everything was normal and then go to the next map.
I was receiving an error message for "something" crash related yesterday, but it wasn't when this would happen.
I'll be playing again this afternoon to further test the issue.I've had this problem happen on Felucia, Geonosis and Kamino in CO-OP only.
