I have the same issue, and it's because I started playing the game before the launch day patch had downloaded (can't use online features in a game when there's a patch out that hasn't been installed). I'd guess a lot of people did this, so I'm sure there are tons of people with the same problem.
same problem since game launch, played the first campaign during the game installation.
any bugfix coming soon ??????
