Color Problem in fullscreen but windowed and borderless fine

Ok so I'm not a total thicko, just maybe 80% but I cant solve this problem. I'm trying to run BF2 on pc in fullscreen mode and the colours get washed out and the white's become white almost like its ...

What is the make and model of your TV?

Do you see the same issue when you turn off the HDR option on your TV, i.e. turning off HDR altogether?

Guys, this is the same exact issue for every HDR TV owner, even disabling HDR on the HDMI port on the TV doesn't fix the issue, the game somehow figures out to re-enable it. I want to play at 4k but is impossible in borderless or windowed mode (SLI Owner) unless you crack down the settings.
